7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the total amount you paid for the service.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g., for death, personal injury, fraud, or statutory consumer rights).
